    I'm sorry but I can't help but to look at this and laugh the things people will do to try to make others look bad,I read the review and it just doesn't make sense to me how the customer is going on and on for several days now about the issue the owner accommodated the client several times by going to the home the first time no one was there that's not their fault the second time no one was there the third time okay someone was there but how dare you slander someone's business because your parents wasn't there to receive their order news flash you need to get a life and leave that store alone and just don't order any Arrangements if you don't want any arrangements from that store I have been there several times and have only received nothing but great Service Fresh grapefruit and I left the store I love the location it's in and I love the customer service ave a good day

    DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The people here are liars. I had a terrible experience with store number 1334 in Suwannee, GA. First of all, they did not communicate with me about what was going on with my order. I didn't have the address at first and asked them to call and get it. They repeatedly said they could not reach her even though I gave them two phone numbers. After a few attempts, I stopped hearing from them, and when I did get the correct address, I tried to call and give it to them, and I could NEVER reach them. Finally I stopped trying. After almost a full month, I decided to check my order status. it was listed as DELIVERED. I contacted my cousin, who had not received it, and then I contacted customer service. They said they would reach out to them and the problem would be resolved. When they finally called me, they said they would get the order out.... the order they had already listed as delivered. They had contacted and spoke to my cousin who agreed to miss work to wait for the gift to arrive... AND THEN THEY NEVER WENT. She contacted my today to inform me that she had not seen them, and tried to cal but could not reach them. A few minutes after that the "manager" called me to tell me they went and she was not home and they could not reach her. I offered to double check the address and he quickly told me that he was going to send my order to another store. He said I must have given him the wrong address and yet, I know it was not, and I now the phone number was correct as well because he had spoke to her the day before. I cannot deal with lying companies. This store is a poor reflection of the company and I refuse to ever spend my money here again.

    I placed an order here on 12/8 for my mom to be delivered as a surprise for her birthday (I live in Texas) on 12/9. When they tried to deliver it, she was in the shower and didn't hear the doorbell. Understandable, that does happen. They did not call the number listed for the recipient, but instead I had to ruin the surprise for my mom and have her call the store. They got her in contact with the driver who said he would deliver it after their last stop of the day. He called her at 4pm and told her he would not deliver it like he said but instead she could pick it up at the store. She is unable to leave the house, so she told him that would not work. He then promised to deliver it first thing tomorrow, which I have zero faith in. So for her birthday, I paid $100 to have a day old fruit product (that spent the day in a delivery van) delivered the day after her birthday. Just really terrible customer service. Update: You did NOT call her number, it was actually my father's phone listed for the recipient and he had no missed calls. My mom certainly did NOT tell them it was okay for her to pick it up because she could not physically come pick it up. There is no way that you made more than one product because the order my mom received was clearly day old fruit because it had started to decay. So, thanks for answering to my complaint with more LIES. I will definitely report this to your corporate office.
