  Victor from the Plumbing Department is awesome. He always goes out of the way to help me whenever I am stuck with plumbing issues. Plus his practical, well grounded advice has always worked for me. A very knowledgeable person with good customer service skills.

  I would Give it Zero if I could! Not going to go into all the dramaful detail, But I spend on average 100k + per year in Lowes as a contractor.Which does not matter even if i spent $5 I have never experienced the worst customer service and time wasting attitudes as I have experienced with this Lowes! Long story Short , Purchased an Item to deliver from another store and the new system they have pulls the item from the closest location for convenience. well When they pulled it from this lowes in johns creek, I was promised delivery and event got the phone call for time and the trucking company verified they were delivering. Spoke to chad. (joke) spoke like he had bread in his mouth and all he kept saying is how can i hello you when i was trying to explain the situation.reflection of customer no service is the ring leader, Barry The store Manager has canceled the Order twice because the price was different in his store.Huh? I would have happily picked it up if needed from the store I online ordered it from, system forces to the closest store which is the Bullying store that wont ship, lies and makes excuses! Atmosphere and attitude I receive as a customer is completely unacceptable ! Barry wouldn't even talk to me and had his puppy dog hang up on me after a 1 hour and 10 minute phone call that they had me on hold for. he just wants to go against company direction an make his own rules making him feel as the big chief . I now remember him from the Alpharetta location and so many employees were happy when he left that location! Honestly I thought he was Fired, Don't shop Here with this Guy in Charge. and btw don't ever expect a call back from this store EVER! They are the worst! don't believe me then Try me, I warned You.....Good Luck!
