  We purchased a dishwasher along with delivery and installation from this Lowe's. Well over a week went by and no one contacted us regarding scheduling delivery and installation. My husband called in and they said the dishwasher had been at the store for several days. He was instructed to call the company who I suppose they contract installation to, who directed him back to Lowe's. When everything was finally scheduled, 2 dishwashers were brought to our home (after our old one had been removed) and they were both damaged! There was only one more remaining in the store and it was damaged as well. Lowe's did nothing to compensate us for the bad service and inconvenience. My husband cancelled the order and purchased from Best Buy instead but unfortunately most of our payment was with a Lowe's gift card. We decided to give it another go a few weeks ago since we have this gift card (well actually they didn't even give us a gift card back, it was a store merchandise credit card which really boxed us in). We purchased a storm door and here we are weeks later still waiting on someone to schedule the installation of our door. Once we use the balance on this gift card I am pretty sure we will never shop at Lowe's again.

  If I could give zero stars I would...pressed the button for service in flooring the announcement worked but nobody shows up 30 min later I had to go get someone...if I didn't want to use my coupon I would have left and gone to H ome Depot...
